Leslie Davis is an Associate Broker & REALTOR® with Living Down South Realty and focuses on clients from Roswell to the North Georgia Mountains including Jasper, Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Blairsville, Clayton, and Hiawassee.  Living Down South is privileged to have Leslie and her wealth of experience concentrating on the needs of its Residential, Barn and Land, Mountain Living and soon to be North Carolina opportunities.

A native of Atlanta, Leslie was originally licensed in Colorado as an Associate Broker in 2003 and later that year achieving her Georgia Licensure.  A 1993 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics (Go Dawgs), Leslie put that degree to good use as a Commercial Real Estate advisor in 2004 focusing on retail leasing, land sales and restaurant sales, and later as a Corporate Real Estate advisor in 2007 focusing on corporate sales in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.   Most recently, Leslie was a Residential Bank Foreclosure specialist helping her clients maneuver and achieve their goals in the difficult foreclosure market.  Combining Leslie’s seasoned real estate knowledge and transcending strategies with her impeccable service and desire to outperform for her clients, Leslie is a winning choice for anyone seeking a true professional for any real estate services opportunity.   Leslie is frequently heard by her friends, family and colleagues saying, “If the seas were always smooth sailing, we would never have skillful sailors.”

When not selling real estate, Leslie often subcontracts for Interior Shutters delivering interior design, sales, and installation services.  In her down time, Leslie loves to spend time with her dogs, Putter & Divot, go on a trail ride with her horse, Radar, or drive up to her farm in North Carolina to relax and decompress.
