Frank Clark is a REALTOR® with Living Down South™ and currently serves Northeast Georgia including Hart, Stephens, Habersham, and Franklin Counties as well as North Metro Atlanta in Georgia. Living Down South is excited to have Frank on board delivering world class service to his clients and customers.
Growing up in Greenville, North Carolina and currently living in both North Atlanta and Hartwell, Georgia, Frank has developed a complete understanding of the neighborhoods and market trends in the areas he services. A double graduate, first from the University of North Carolina Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Frank holds a CPA and CGMA designation, and second, from East Carolina University with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology. Prior to real estate, Frank earned his corporate stripes by working in Information Technology for a local school district and Corporate Finance in Atlanta and Charlotte for close to 30 years. Being involved in personal and investment real estate throughout most of his adult life, Frank took the leap and earned his real estate license out of an interest to serve others. Today, Frank is well positioned to deliver results for anyone seeking to buy or sell a Residential, Lake, or Barn and Land lifestyle. At home and in the office, Frank can often be heard saying, “Be like a shark. Move to breath and if you are not moving, you’re suffocating.”.
Frank and his wife Christine have 5 children, Maggie who is an Attorney, MaryKathryn who is a Biomedical Engineer, Lilly who is earning her degree at the University of Alabama, Julia who is looking to attend college next year, and Brendan who is a rising Middle School student. In addition to a well-educated family, Frank and Christine have 2 dogs, Sylvester and Champ, and 2 cats, Domino and Daisy. When not selling real estate, Frank enjoys spending time with family, golfing, boating, and learning how to fish.
