Robin Tardy is a REALTOR® with Living Down South Realty and proudly serves clients in Madison, Franklin, Clarke, Hart, Elbert, and Oglethorpe Counties in Northeast Georgia who are looking to buy or sell a Residential, Barn & Land, or Lake Living lifestyle. Living Down South is excited to have Robin on board as she bestows a strong work ethic and has a steadfast desire to propel the very best qualities of every home to her clients and customers.

Born in Virginia and raised in Athens, Georgia, Robin settled in and has made Madison County Georgia her home for the past 26 years. After high school, Robin received her Bachelor’s degree from Hollins University before returning to the University of Georgia, where her family has a long line of UGA graduates, and earned her Masters Degree in English Education. Robin started her real estate career with the goal of connecting and helping others with the life changing event of buying or selling real estate after a knee and Achilles tendon injuries limited her very-active lifestyle. Prior to real estate, Robin was a High School English and French Teacher, Horse Trainer-Instructor-Breeder, Licensed Dressage Judge, and a Client Care Manager for a local real estate firm. Combining her experience, skills, education, training, and business competencies with a desire to serve others, Robin is well positioned to deliver results for anyone seeking the services of a professional real estate agent. At home and in the office, Robin can often be heard saying, “Don’t forget the 3 P’s, prior, proper, planning.”

Robin and her husband Frank, who is a Georgia State Senator and IDA Director in Madison County, have one daughter, Catherine, who is in her fourth year of Engineering School, member of the Air Force ROTC. Catherine has recently accepted a flight position when she commissions after college graduation. Additional family members include four horses, Brio, Bobo, Jimmy, Zeus, one Boxer, Jess, and one cat, Catherine Kitty. When not selling real estate, Robin is an active member of her church where she performs in the handbell choir and narrates cantatas, and is also a Board Member of the Financial Literacy Foundation of Madison County. In her free time, Robin enjoys showing Dressage horses, writing, riding horses, gardening, and just gathering with friends and family.
