A native of Metro Atlanta and currently living in Bowman, Georgia, Chaney started her real estate career because she loves working with people and helping them achieve big things because buying or selling a home is a big deal, no matter who the clients are. Prior to real estate, Chaney earned her Bar Masters Certification and worked as a Head Bartender for two separate restaurants. In addition to serving customers, Chaney was also responsible for scheduling and productivity and operational and data analytics reporting. Today, Chaney is helping clients and customers looking to buy or sell a Residential, Lake, or Fairway Living Lifestyle. Chaney and her husband Tyler have one child also named Tyler and a Pit Terrier mix named Ryder who has high energy that keeps the family very busy. When not selling real estate, Chaney and Tyler enjoy spending time with family and being outside, often going to the lake, river or ocean.  In her free time, Chaney enjoys drawing, planning, and designing or going on short, quick adventures.
