Jade Poelker is an Associate Broker and REALTOR® with Living Down South Realty who serves clients in the Charleston Tri-County area including North Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, Moncks Corner, Johns Island and Edisto. Originally from Goose Creek, SC and now living in Charleston County, SC, Jade chose a career in real estate because she understands that some buyers and sellers are taking leaps of faith with choices and decision making and those clients deserve strong communication, education, and reliable expectations set all to make their lives a little less stressful with the process. Today, Jade focuses on serving clients looking to buy or sell a Residential, Fairway Living, or Coastal Living Lifestyle or those looking to build an investment portfolio.  In addition, Jade is an avid practitioner of ‘paying it forward,’ and through this passion, she gives a portion of her earnings to her clients non-profits of choice. When not selling real estate, Jade and her husband Cris who is a licensed contractor, stay busy looking at investment properties or fulfilling their goal of traveling the world with Jeffrey, their Golden Retriever in tow.
