Justin Fontenot is a REALTOR® with Living Down South Realty™ and serves Northwest Georgia and Metro Atlanta including Paulding, Bartow, Carroll, Polk, Douglas, Cobb, Floyd, Gordon, Cherokee, Fulton, and Coweta Counties. Growing up and currently living in Dallas, Georgia, Justin has developed a comprehensive understanding of the communities, cultures, lifestyles, and market trends for the areas in which he services. Upon graduating high school, Justin served for over five years in the United State Army where he was honorably discharged and then attended Chattahoochee Technical College earning his Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management. Shortly thereafter, Justin worked as an Assistant General Manager and General Manager for a nationally recognized casual dining restaurant chain. Eventually, Justin took the leap and earned his licensure as a real estate professional out of a desire to engage and converse, learn and listen, and deliver world class service to others. Today, Justin serves clients who are looking to buy or sell a Residential, Barn & Land, or Fairway Living Lifestyle. Combining his education, real estate, and local market experience with his competency and service experience, Justin is well positioned to deliver results for anyone seeking a professional to lead a real estate buying or selling engagement. At home and in the office, Justin can often be heard saying, “The difference between try and triumph is a little umph.”

When not selling real estate, Justin loves to hunt and fish and is also actively involved with speaking to veterans on how to achieve goals and how to use their benefits to help them succeed. In his free time, Justin and his wife Natalie enjoy spending time with friends & family, cookouts, cheering on and attending UGA football games and chasing down their Jack Russell/Corgi mix Buddy.
