Laury Gardner is a Founding Partner and the South Carolina Broker for Living Down South Realty, and loves serving Northeast Georgia and Western Upstate South Carolina clients specializing in residential and lake property. Laury has always been surrounded by real estate professionals starting her career working for the family brokerage in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Prior to founding Living Down South Realty, Laury was Manager Broker for Keller Williams Realty Lanier Partners and also served on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® statewide Professional Standards Panel.

Moving to South Carolina in 1999, Laury began her own real estate career in 2000, and earned her Brokers license in 2004. After meeting her husband Guy Victor, she moved to Georgia in 2007 where she has since served as President of two different Board of REALTORS®. Leveraging her vast industry experience, Laury leads the marketing, accountability, and best practice pursuits for the Living Down South Group.  Additionally, Laury has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation for superior performance, achieved GUILD™ recognition for individual sales at or above one million dollars, and is a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. A graduate of Illinois State University, Laury began her professional sales career as Event Sales Manager for the original Maggiano’s, located in Chicago. Combining experience, understanding of real estate law, strategy, and work ethic, Laury is positioned to deliver the results her clients deserve.   Around the office, Laury is often heard saying, “This is why we do what we do.”

Laury and her husband “Vic”, currently live in Northeast, GA by way of Lake Lanier, and have been married since 2008. Her daughter Riley recently graduated magna cum laude ‘pre-law’ from a Florida university, her stepson Garrett is studying the Recording Industry at college in Tennessee, and her other stepson Dawson is studying Business at a college in Athens, GA. Laury loves spending time with her dogs, Nola and Bayou, and Kitty, her cat. When she gets an extra moment, she enjoys cooking, independent films, reading, and watching SEC College Football with her husband Vic.
