Victoria Shivers is a REALTOR® for Living Down South Realty™ and services clients in the North Georgia Mountain Region including Lumpkin, Dawson, Hall, White, Gilmer, Fannin, and Towns Counties. Currently a resident of Dahlonega, Georgia, Victoria grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and attended the College of Charleston where she graduated with BA in Communication. Post-graduation, Victoria worked as an Events Planner for the NYC Media Trade Shows, Executive Assistant to the Owner of the Buffalo Bills, Travel Writer & Photographer for various print and online magazines, and numerous Freelance Writing and Social Media Marketing projects. Most recently, Victoria focused her Freelance Writing skills on Ad Copy, Blogs and Website Content for clients in the real estate industry. Eventually, Victoria took a leap into professional real estate sales out of a life-long fascination with the different types of residential architecture & designs and a desire to help others find a place they love to call home. Today, Victoria helps clients and customers who are looking to buy or sell a Mountain, Lake, Barn & Land, or Residential Living Lifestyle. Considering her combination of real estate competency, leadership skills, business acumen, education, AND steadfast desire to give her clients the service they expect, Victoria is a winning choice for anyone seeking a real estate professional. Among friend, family and around the office, Victoria can often be heard saying, “I used to go crazy for days at a time, now I’m taking my time with my days.”
Victoria and her husband Richie have one child, Alex, who is studying Psychology and is also a member of the Shooting Team at Truett McConnell University. When not selling real estate, Victoria is an active member of Lumpkin Ladies and The Torch Church, loves supporting local children and family charities, making leather handbags, writing, photography, and dark room film developing. In their free time, Victoria and Richie enjoy playing with their two spoiled rescued Labs, Gracie and Izzie, attending concerts, getting out on a local lake to boat, fish, & jet ski, and traveling to the Caribbean, specifically the British Virgin Islands.
