A native of Atlanta, Wendy attended the Grady School of Journalism at UGA and completed her Master of Arts in Teaching from Brenau University.  She has held her real estate license for over 22 years, often dabbling in other areas of teaching and social services.  Wendy loves to spend time with Chris, her husband of almost 30 years and a Regional Sales Director for Whitecap Construction Supply.  They attend Emmaus Church where Wendy loves to teach 3rd-5th grade in the Emmaus Kids Ministry.  In their free time, Chris and Wendy enjoy boating with their Pembroke Welsh Corgi and traveling with their adult son, daughter, and son-in-law.
